by The Otaku Seitokai (Otaku Student Council) is an organization formed by the students of AMA Computer University who are interested in japanese inspired animation, cosplay and music. It encourages it's members to foster a new perspective of culture and expand cultural awareness in general. It's aim is to nurture the freedom of expression through Cosplay, J-Music and Arts not only among the students of AMA Computer University but also for those who are willing and interested to be a part or member of this organization.
